If you've signed up and reached an account pending message, don't worry! This usually just means that your account is under manual review for verification and will be activated as soon as we can confirm the legitimacy of your business and the jobs you have posted.
During business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST) we can usually get your account approved and running within 30 minutes of your sign up. If you reach this notification during offline hours, we'll go through the verification process as soon as we get into the office. Additionally, if you've missed any trial days because the verification has taken over 24 hours, we're happy to add the missed time back onto your trial.
Are you creating multiple accounts for the same business and getting the "account pending" sign or another error over and over again even after your account was already approved? That usually just means that we weren't notified by you that you'd be signing up multiple accounts from the same IP address, so our program has blocked the accounts suspecting something fishy. Don't worry though! Just reach out to our Head of Sales, Maschal, at email@example.com and provide her with a list of all the accounts you've signed up. She'll be able to ensure a smooth journey for you the rest of the way.
